As a former Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer with over 17 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I bring both theoretical knowledge as well as practical expertise about fitness, health, and nutrition to my clients.

My experience reaches as far back as running an adult swimming lessons program at the age of 17, to running the active living programs at a large health centre at age 28, to running my own personal training company in my 30s, and many other experiences in between.
